Overview

Walking the Talk, a global organisational culture change consultancy, sought to elevate their brand identity and professionalism across presentations, reports, digital products, and virtual meeting backgrounds. Through my work, I was able to leverage underutilised brand assets they had already invested in, transforming them into impactful materials. This helped them compete at the highest strategic level, positioning their services alongside major consultancy firms, including the Big Four.
Objective

The goal was to elevate Walking the Talk’s brand identity and deliver high-quality materials across multiple formats. By optimising existing brand assets and applying them to presentations, reports, digital products, and virtual backgrounds, I ensured a consistent and professional look across all client touch-points.
Key Projects
1. Optimising existing brand assets: Although not specifically requested, I recognised that Walking the Talk had valuable brand assets that were underutilised. By creatively integrating these assets into all design work, I enhanced their materials without requiring additional investment, helping them make the most of their resources.
2. Culture plan template: I developed a powerful and striking Culture Plan template, positioning Walking the Talk alongside major strategy firms and the Big Four. This template became a critical element of their planning initiatives, allowing them to present their culture solutions at a high strategic level.
3. Presentations and reports: I designed over 40 highly professional pitch presentations and client reports, ensuring that each deliverable aligned with their refreshed brand identity. These materials not only communicated the company’s expertise effectively but also maintained visual consistency across all formats.
4. Digital products and virtual backgrounds: I also designed digital products and custom Zoom/Teams backgrounds using refreshed brand assets and imagery. These backgrounds established a professional and cohesive presence during virtual meetings, further enhancing the company’s brand identity.
Challenges

The primary challenge was maintaining brand consistency while ensuring the designs were engaging and impactful. By repurposing existing assets, I elevated the brand’s presence without the need for further investment, enhancing the company’s professionalism and strategic positioning.
Results

The materials I designed had a significant impact on Walking the Talk’s brand identity, helping them position their services at a high strategic level, alongside major consulting firms like the Big Four. The revamped presentations, reports, and digital products received positive feedback from both clients and internal teams. The branded Zoom/Teams backgrounds further reinforced their professional identity during virtual meetings.
